I think it is a great idea that if you get a paid game free (limited time) you unlocked the all the beneficts of your steam acc, like if you buy the game.
because you need to consider the users that dont have money

That would drastically increase the number of scammers and spammers. You don't even have to spend a whole dollar.

im saying aout the persons that dont have credits cards
but maybe they can make for everyone able the trading card
