Make artwork available for all games
So recently I've been getting into the photoshop scene, and one game that I really love is BioShock Infinite. So anyway I've been doing some color splash on some BioShock Infinite posters, and achieved some really great results, so it occurred to me that I could make one of them my first artwork to upload to Steam, only for me to find that only Valve games have an artwork section. Which makes me wonder, why is this? Surely it couldn't be that difficult to implement this into all games, because it really isn't that different from screenshot sharing. It actually has me wondering why all games don't have this feature already.

So I guess not only is this post a suggestion, but it's also a question. I'm generally curious why this isn't a feature in Steam yet.

It is a feature. It's up to the publisher in question to enable it.

Many non-valve games have artwork. Two examples:-
Metal Gear Rising :
Prison Archtect :

Ah I see. So, any idea why 2K don't have it enabled for BioShock?

No one knows but the publisher itself. It may be disclosed in their Steam forums, although I didn't checked there. You may wish to go there and search, or contact them, if you wish to know the reason.

EDIT : typo
