[Request] Free to play game add to library

Sometimes I want play removed games. But free to play games can not resist to my library. It is very stressful what I find out games. Especially, when I forget the game title, it is really terrible. Why steam doesn't provide this function? I really don't understand at the customer position.
So, I wish I can add the free play game on my library.

There are some free games which stay on your library, it would be cool if more games did the same.
