Toggle For Steam External Link Filter

I receive and send a lot of links via the steam chat and the filter page is really just an annoyance. Would be nice to add an option to disable being redirected to http://puu.sh/azus9/acf5ee199f.png.

If such an option already exists, I'd like to know where. I've looked through quite a few places in search of it.
