The category system for the games library needs a big revamp

I don't know how, I'm not a designer, but the current system isn't working. People with 100+ games have libraries that are too cluttered.
Maybe some kind of folder system?
Maybe A new view mode for the UI?

I don't know what the solution is, but you guys need to find one. This problem is kind of primitive.

You can tag your games to organize them into folders. Don't know the process by heart tho.

You can do that with your friends list. Are you sure you can do that with games? I know you can categorise them but that isn't really enough.
