Add funds to your steam wallet
so i did everything and entered my credit card. But it says there some kind of an error and i need to wait a few minutes or contact with steam. I think its because one of my friends in London added me funds cause then i didn't have a credit card. Could some one please tell me whats wrong

It might just be verifying the exchange in funds with your bank, just wait a bit and see what happens.

I've had this problem before and my bank deactivated my card because of 'suspicious transactions', hopefully this hasn't happened to you as you would need to talk to your bank about it.

Try add funds again in 10-15 minutes to see if the problem has been solved, it may just take some time.
