Alert from steam support
I have alert from steam support so i changed all pass and email. Then i sent messege to steam support 4 days ago as it says to do but they didnt do anything, they just send me email which says: If you have problems you can tell it to steam support and we can help you so wtf? I have done it :S

What 'alert' did you get from support?
What 'message' (with what info, and how) did you send to them?

Because Steam Support does not communicate (and even less, read) via e-mail.

I have never seen a "red thing" saying "steam alert" and I have never heard of it untill now.

I take it that it shows up in the Steam program? It wasn't an e-mail?

Usually you'll see this sort of thing screenshotted by people who are complaining about Steam locking them out of an account when they've done a chargeback, or after having removed games that were acquired fraudulently (not necessarily by the person whose account their tied to). OP only seems to be telling part of the story, but since it's ultimately an account issue, speculation from us won't get anywhere, he really only can deal with Steam Support.

Probebly, but it is a new problem I never had, so I want to try and learn what I can about it. Then I can help others latter on with the proper information.

The best advice someone gave whas from B33 ENN

"I haven't come across this alert messaging system before and can't find a FAQ outlining it specifically. However, you should do as instructed, contact Steam Support and work with them to resolve it.

You can contact Steam Support through the online messaging system:

Steam Login: Steam Support Login Page

If you have never created a Support Account before, then you need to do that first:

Steam Login: Create a New Support Account

You must use a new and different username/password and primary email address for this account (keep them safe for the future, because this is how you will talk to Steam Support for any further problems).

You need to then login and create a new "ticket" on the website, explain what you want clearly and simply, and provide evidence (proof) that you are the owner of your account:

Steam KB/FAQ: Providing Proof of Purchase

You must then wait for a reply, which usually takes a day or two, and then login to your account again to read/reply to the message. Please do not make new tickets about the same issue, just add to the existing ticket.

Also, you can write your ticket in your own language to explain things more easily. Here is a list of languages Steam Support currently accepts:

English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese."

chipy if you are with steam support, can you tell me something?

i have tried to recover two accounts from steam and have lost both accounts. this includes the brand new purchase of an add-on which i played once. now i have another account because it is required if i want to play cod.

how exactly do i recover these accounts and btw i have never received an email from steam other than the auto response. contact me or someone contact me, please...
