Games don't launch under directx 11(Closed)

Games are lanching under directx 9. but i have directx 11 installed on my pc.What should I do?GPU is AMD Radeon hd 7870.

How you know that they are launching under dx9?

Only certain games support dx11. So what games you are trying?

I see it on the window, when press alt+tab.I played DmC, Tomb Raider, Civilization V.

What operating system you are using?
If vista/7/8; make sure that you have not disabled the Aero or run games with "Disable Desktop Compsition' option on.

Have you enabled dx11 from game?

Are you using latest drivers?

I use windows 7, the latest drivers, that games don't have dx11 option.

Make sure Steam isn't secretly stuck running in XP compatibility mode.
