Breezehome mod problems

Everytime I install a breezehome mod, whether it be on steam or nexus, it always crashes. I obviously only have one breezehome mod enabled and check everything is okay, and it is. Once it's downloaded and into my game I can go into the game and play fine, but whenever I quit out of it, and go back in it always crashes at the loading screen after I press continue/load, about a minute in to loading. Why? I have a whiterun mod that makes it a bit bigger with alleyways and things like that. Maybe that's why?

You could try removing the whiterun mod and playing with just the breezehome mod to see if that is the problem.
