White Screen in Portal Prelude

Hi, recently I downloaded and installed the mod "Portal Prelude", but I couldn't play it because I get a white screen and when I press "ENTER" to advance, show the following message: "Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf"

I have tried many things but nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do to play it?

go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods\portal prelude and open Gameinfo and remove everything and paste all this into the gameinfo text http://pastebin.com/yC0h42RW

Tails Doll, I put all of it in there. And it still didn't work. When i first downloaded it, it didn't show a plain white screen, OR a plain black screen. The sides where black and the center was white. The link you posted didn't help me at all. :(

Previously I have 4:3 white screen with black bars at sides. After Tail Doll guide I got glitch screen, just like ThePortalIdiot... anyway, game works like a charm! Thanks
