Games Library General Category Bugged

[Shocker]

I had just removed all of the games from a custom category when my general category (everything that isn't in "Favorites") was split in two. Now there are two categories labeled "#Steam_GamesSection_MyGames" and "#steam_library_filter_owner". All of my purchased games are in the first section, and all of my installed mods and shortcuts are in other. Does anyone know how to reverse this change?

It claims to already by up-to-date.
And using the available beta doesn't work, either.

The issue is that the lang is broken.

Same problem here. Steam just updated and it broke my game library in List View intro those two misnamed tags. Forces my added shortcuts to the bottom and just looks ugly in general.

Got the same problem.
Additionally, manually added shortcuts are listed under a seperate section called
#STEAM_LIBRARY_FILTER_OWNER

Same here, seperated some of my non-steam games out, can't be fixed by trying to add them to the same category, just creates a duplicate.
