games in sourcemods folder are running like garbage

both the Hidden: Source and Suicide Survival, which are located in my souremods folder, are freezing regularly for no reason. i'm singling out my sourcemods folder because only these two games are running this poorly and only these two games are located in my sourcemods folder. Anyone know what the problem may be?
