Skyrim Crashes upon clicking play

My skyrim worked fine last night, installed ENB mods and it worked flawlessly, looked beautiful. Wake up the next morning and goto play it and it crashes immediately, don't even see the bethesda emblem. This is the error message i get:

please help, i reinstalled skyrim and started from scratch and it still fails, tried the sound frequency fix, tried a dozen other fixes and its still broken. I don't understand why it stopped working after i went to sleep.....

Have you tried downloading the unofficial Skyrim patch from the workshop?
