Can my computer handle Sim City 5?
I have this computer:http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02679437&lang=en&cc=us&prodSeriesId=5035344 and Here are the specs required for Sim city 5:
https://help.ea.com/article/simcity-system-requirements
Can someone please compare the 2 and tell me whether my computer will be able to handle the game without chopping? I'm not very familiar with computer hardware so any help is appreciated. Thank you :)

You meet the minimum requirements, it obviously won't run at max settings but should run fairly well at lower settings.

Thank you. I appreciate the help. Ive been waiting for sim city 5 for a long time now and I wouldn't be happy if i couldn't play it lol. I run Diablo 3 without major problems so i was thinking that sim city wouldn't be problematic either but I wanted to make sure :)

Just make sure you have a consistent network connection. Otherwise if your internet goes down, so does your game. It looks great, but I refuse to give a penny to the morons who decided that was a good idea.

You can run Sim City 5 on at least high settings if you don't have problems with your computer, you have way better specs than the minimum. Saint must be drunk.

LOL no not drunk, been building PC's for 18 years now the number of cores alone will not make it fly.

The limiting factor in their setup is the GPU (AMD Radeon HD 6450) this is a low/mid range last gen card that will play this at a reasonable rate, but I stand by what I said about not running high settings.

Are you smoking crack?

High settings with that gpu? Forget it, that's a low end gpu.

He will be able to play the game but definitly not on high settings. Also to OP: you can't really compare diablo 3 to simcity, since diablo 3 is optimized as hell by blizzard to run even on the crappiest laptops out there.
