Website needs updating
My support account has been suspended. When I go to the support page it tells me to email steamsupport@valvesoftware.com if I believe it is an error.

However when I emailed that address I received a response saying "Thank you for contacting Valve. This email address is no longer monitored."

That's not very helpful now is it?

Try support@steampowered.com. It seems they never updated that whole deal cause I remember hearing about it. Don't know if the address I gave you is monitored anymore either but it's a shot. Else just make a new support account.

The best thing is the link in the automated email includes a link to the page that tells you to email them on the address that you just sent the email to.
