How long can it take for steam to repond to a support ticket?

Now seriously, 2-4 days is what they usually take to answer a support ticket, although some issues have higer priorities than others.
Bear some patience and they'll get back at you. Trying to work in advance and providing what they may ask to you before they do can save you some time in getting your ticket solved.

Once they answered me day after i made ticket , now i wait 5 day alredy .
it depends of the case and reason why u send ticket etc :)
