For what do the use or is used the steam rating.
Mine is 10 but what do it mean.

Means nothing... the longer you online and play the higher is the rating. Just to show how active you are.

[Spawn of Totoro]

Means you play games too much.

Mine is a 10 too. :-P

[Tito Shivan]

It means you are a forever-alone no-lifer that does nothing but to play Steam games all day, probably on his parents basement.

Just like me... :P

It means as much as you want it to mean. I've never looked much at it.

Your steam rating is basically your playtime in the last two weeks divided by 3.2.
