Adding Non-Steam Games

Hi everyone!

I'm having problems with the latest Steam update.
I like to add all my games in one place and I have even made custom Grid-Images for them.
Even though I don't have many non-steam games (WoW, LoL, Diablo 3, a few games from GoG.com etc.) I think it's a really neat feature to get all my games in one place.
Anyway, with the new patch, somehow, the games I have added, disappears after I reboot or start up my PC.
They used to be on the list with the previous BETA-patch that I ran but now I'll have to add them each time I start my system.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Is there a way for me to fix this?
If not (to valve) will you patch this as soon as possible?
