Really need help!
Hey guys!
Been in a bit of a pickle recently...
On EXACTLY the 31st, my Paypal was charged and, to be completely honest, I was went full ♥♥♥♥♥♥...
When the bills came, I didn't recognize Valve Corp. and went ahead and paniced, and labled it as a unauthorized payment.
Go to find out I finally get it resolved, but I took back SO MANY payments, I can no longer use that PayPal. So, I went ahead and tried to pay...
It wouldn't let me...
It will allow me to add items to my cart and look at items, but I can't even get past check-out D:

I went ahead and made a new account under the name "DoctorShrinker" (I'm not sure if that was breaking any rule, I'm a bit new to Steam) and when I used THAT, PayPal didn't work, and my Visa cart essentially was "broken" too.

THIS time, however, I did manage to get all the way to the end, but the moment before the game installation, it states an error in the payment was found and to contact Steam support. Again, I'm new, so it's not like I know how long Steam Support takes. It could be 5 hours or 5 days for all I know, so I went ahead and made this thread.

I would REALLY appreciate ANY input. Even if it's a half-brained one, I'll hear you out. I will also be willing to give any more information that could help.

If people see this, also ask friends please :3 That would help me extremely.

Hi, just to confirm did you actually contact Steam support? I can't tell if you meant you posted this thread in lieu of waiting for support, or as well as. They can take a couple of days to reply, but unfortunately the only thing the forum can do with billing issues is to point you to support.

As to creating a new account, that is totally acceptable within the terms so you don't need to worry about that but any games you buy can't be moved between accounts after they're registered to one so be careful to buy games on the right one.

I confirm that I made this post AFTER I attempted to contact Steam Support. So they take that long, eh :/
Understandable, I guess...
I was more looking for people who had a SIMILAR problem could tell me what they did. Even if it was similar.

Your payment info is probably blacklisted for trying to score free games by disputing all your charges. Get a new billing adress, name and life, you should be fine.
