WTF is wrong with steam.

So im having an issue with a game, click support. Takes me to a site, where i have to make another steam account(this one for support) other then more normal steam name. Find thats ok, now ive been waiting for my confirmation email for a day now, when i click support to get help it takes me back to the resend email to make account page.So i resend wait an hour resend wait an hour resend. Where do i get help if i need help with getting help???
