If you hover your cursor over their IDs above, you can see that they're not - fair point for bringing it up though for others.

But I echo others here - you don't get GLOBES, you get CARDS for voting.
1 card for every 3 votes, and you also earn a card at certain stages of game purchasing too.

You need to complete the card set to craft the "badge" into a globe.
