They have those options still...

I did this. But according to other posts, this is not reliable.
I did not get a confirmation email. It's not in my account either.
I didn't use a web browser. I used the steam application on my PC, so it wasn't phishing. The money is taken from my CC.
What I wrote has nothing to do with phishing or using a web browser
Actual total $69.99 charged to CC.

It's useless. They have support options, if you select them the next menue just tells you they don't offer the support that the previous menue told you to select.
They said "That they had approved the purchase but the vendor had not claimed the money."
Which means that Steam has not stolen your money. In fact they refused to take it. Usually this is a result of some part of your billing information being incorrect. What will happen is in a few days Visa will return the money to your account.
Which incidentally you would have found out if you'd asked Visa, "So what happens now?" after they told you the vendor had refused to take your money.
Why?
P.S. It's not an endorsement. It's my solution.
