And if all else fails connect support

You can look on your Account Details page and see if a transaction is failed or pending.

Sometimes if it's pending, you can just wait for it and it'll resolve by itself in a few minutes~an hour.

If it's failed, you'll have to send a ticket to Support and they'll fix it a.s.a.p.

Okay. I think it's failing, because nothing says it's pending. I'm gonna contact Steam support, though I always put it off because they usually take like a week or more to respond...

FIXED. purchase in BIG PICTURE MODE like Iambenttyto ^ said... worked
I had to reset steam then purchase in big picture mode
