I don't know what is the way that they use so can have the way to get item back?

Actually, I think reporting is all you can do now. According to this Support article, Steam Support will not return scammed/hijacked items.

its an auto message do not replay and just wait... its made that if you do not want to go into the support site and use that you can replay by mail by adding a response over the line
But if these is the first one you got its auto so just wait and do not send any thing.. any message you add will put you on the back of the line again

sir i send this steam support too long but not have a reply back so I have a hope to get my item back? or not T T and now I found thief that hack my id and steal my item now so i report his id but it was a chance that steam can get my item back from him or not? ( * be careful this id name:Elesis)

hi good day same on me my account hs stolen to ... this MSG send to my by friend

"Hey, my friend interested on your offer but can add you, add him for discuss pls"
and some steamprofile link.. after i clik the link i got disconnected 2 times on my game
after i try to log in. its say that my info is not correct ... right now im stel looking my account..

my friend help me. he add my new account and i search my old account on hr friend list and i see all my items are still on my old account..

and after that i send a screen shot on my inventory and sent it all on steam support..

i wish they can return my account back..
