HELP! DOTA 2 no heroes voice and announcer (SOLVED)

i got this problem since last update (last week). my hero dsnt say any words and there's no announcer in game. im already try to verify my dota 2 game cache and set dota_speech_level 2. but its still happen. my dota games still no sounds. im already update it with today patch, but still no sounds for me. im really needs help for this problem. its getting annoying. sorry for my poor english.

SOLUTION
first delete all steam and dota 2 content in my pc then i copy my friends dota 2 files. this is work for me. seems the problem is in my old dota2 files.

Are your sound levels turned up in the volume mixer? At the bottom right of you screen by the clock, there should be a speaker. Check that the DOTA 2 application is not muted.

Sure you didn't change the settings ingame for sound?

im already check that. and the volume lvl is max. its just hero voice and announcer, i can hear ambiance sounds and creeps attack.

Try going into audio settings ingame, Check all your levels are correct.

no i ddnt. its happend after last week patch, and after today patch. its still. i have no idea about this things anymore. im already try anything that they suggest just like verify the cache and dota_speech_lvl

yep .. same problem. No audio since last patch. Steam tech support is so overwhelmed these days I'm not even bothering with a support ticket

just copy ur friends dota2 file that dont have any bugs. then everything is ok
