blocked for 7 days sir ..

sir i play on an internet shop on daily basis and i don't get this kind of situation before when my friends trade with me even though i often play on different computers just yesterday, supposed to deal someone with rare CK item then i got blocked as i remember i always logout everything before i go out . of the internet shop would it be possible that i have been mistakenly accused by the steam system of leaving my account online its really frustrating since i dont get this before hand and my friends from abroad is asking me about it all i can reply is i don't know what happened for i just played it for some time not frequent yet i am a fan of dota 2 thought it saddens me to pass the opportunity of the trade i got on dota2lounge last night..

i see its confusing though sorry. to make it short how could i get blocked if i usually use dota2lounge on a internet shop and different computers..
