I can't play my games anymore

I download a bunch of games during the summer sale and it took up a bunch of space on my hard drive so i moved everything to a second hard drive and deleted everything steam i could from the first one. but now i get an error when trying to play games that worked before i move it. do i need to tell steam what hard drive to access? please just help me fix it.

You need to add where to moved those games as a Steam library folder.
