Can't sell a particular item?

Every time I attempt to sell my shades or pilot aviators in Unturrned, this always comes up:

We were unable to contact the game's item server. The game's item server may be down or Steam may be experiencing temporary connectivity issues. Your listing has not been created. Refresh the page and try again.

Refreshing won't work, and other Unturned items can be listed.
Items from other games can be listed no problem.

How can I fix this?

Alternatively, I can suggest trying the change the item's ID and seeing if it lists on the Market after. This could be done by trading the item temporarily to some other account for example.

It doesn't seem like either of those two items has had any recent activity,

Well how come the buy orders keep changing?

I'd be more concerned if the selling price changed since that would imply the listing has been removed and re-added.

There are 36 shades listed right now. How did they get there with the price change?

Since I'm not an Unturned player, you will have to enlighten me why it's odd that there's 36 listings up. Could they not have been put up before the possible issue could've started?

Unless the recent history displays to you (as it certainly doesn't for me), I'd assume none of them has had to re-list the said item for a while.

That being said, one of the Rust's Tundra Bolt Rifles mentioned in the other thread had been listed: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/252490/Tundra%20Bolt%20Rifle despite the user having similar issues to you.
