Steam Wont Open

Its shows steam is updating, then shows logo, cursor shows loading symbol and nothing happens. i have restarted pc and steam, i have checked task manager. Please Help, Really Need It

I'm having the same issue here... I restarted Steam for this update from today, then it won't open. I've tried restarting my PC but nothing works.

i just had to reinstall the client, pisses me of because i had so much ♥♥♥♥ installed

Having the same issue, just happened after I clicked on the Steam Update for today to restart steam. Checked Task Manager, but nothing comes up after it stops, Would rather not uninstall and reinstall all my stuff.

Wow so the Beta was NFG deleted the Beta file and Steam went to downloading then installing and now Steam works again woot! Thanks wuddih /hugz

Thanks for the help. I was having the same issue as well after reseting for a beta version update, apparently this version seems unstable and not to be used yet.
