Key Help

Steam's support seems to be none existent, trying to contact Steam about a key that I gifted to a friend and now it is not working, how to contact them? I do know that you can't do it through a email, but have to use a ticket system, which is fine if you can find it, all I get is going around in circles.

Steam support does not have anything to do with keys purchased on other websites.

it was a Dirt 2 Key that I had in my inventory, then I gifted it to my friend, it worked at first now it tells him the code is no longer available check with sender, it's not back in my ingentory.

That just made it more confusing. I don't recall DirT 2 having in-game items nor can you store CD keys in your inventory.

It was not an in game item, it was the actual Dirt 2 game

That is not a key. That is a game gift.

yes it is a Steam gift but it included the game key, that is now not working, I asked how to contact support through the ticket system. which is impossible to find. the Steam gift Dirt 2 is no longer in my invewntory.

Looks like Dirt 2 was removed from Steam, something to do with all of the GFWL stuff. Some games had GFWL removed and were re-introduced. Doesn't seem to be the case this time.

You can still play the game using GFWL. It was only the marketplace that was shutdown.
