Cant block a guy?

Everytime I try to block this guy spamming my profile it says Error (109) Invalid Command. Any idea how I can fix this

Tuesday is server maintenance day, it could just be a temporary problem. It could also be that Steam limits how many users you can block. Try removing one user from your block list (provided you have blocked anyone else) and then try blocking the other user.
