I can purr-fectly buy just anything, meow. Too bad Im not enough rich to buy everything I want :cinnamon2:

Buying stuff isn't really related how new your account is, as long you have a valid payment method. But the shop has a lot of videos and animations which might cause slowdowns to ones who have slow connection.
