It could be a program or a child process of a program that is listed here, or other perhaps.

You need to know, as when you reboot, that process is just going to start up again, and possibly be an issue.
Go to Windows Start and type in msconfig and run the result. Then go to the services tab, and check the box on bottom "hide all Microsof services". Take shots of all that is left.
Then, go to the startup tab and take shots of all that. Then post the shots here. You can use imgur.com for this if you wish.
EDIT..You may need to reboot first, as you have now disabled some processes that will not show up. Make sure you allow plenty of time for the computer to fully load all startup processes and programs after a reboot.
Disabling the parent does not necessarily disable the childs, where that applies.
