When you go to the Steam Store page for Black Ops 2, is there a green "Play Now" banner under the screenshots?

thx but there isn't Play Now'.There is Only for shopping ''ADD TO CART'' nd screenshots..

This may have happened over a payment dispute. You will need to contact Steam Support, explaining your problem in full detail.

Steam Support requires an account that is DIFFERENT to your Steam Account, so if you don't have a Steam Support account you'll need to create one. https://support.steampowered.com/register

Once you have your Steam Support account, you'll need to create a new ticket: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php

You no longer own the game and therfore has nothign to do with the Client Update.

Contact Support but most likely it was becaue you purchased the game from a shady-cd-key shop that resold the key to someone else.
