Disconnections....Steam is failing

Thanks for the great user experience they last couple days. It was okay for me before but what ♥♥♥♥ is wrong now? Support emails go unanswered. You guys don't ban anyone even when I provide full proof. Steam profiles take like 5 mins to load. Not my internet, all other webpages are loading fine. ♥♥♥♥ you guys and your service. Go ahead and delete this thread and it will confirm my point. Shove it up your ♥♥♥ too while your at it. Don't even waste your time replying in a professional manner trying to troubleshoot the problem. You don't know how many times I've seen this, it's actually funny. Fix your ♥♥♥♥ Steam, plain and simple. Thanks

Did you really expect a quick answer from Steam Support?

Basically most people already know it'll take a good few days at minimum.

And unless you're extremely precise in the information you provide, you're just going to get a blanket response before you have to wait another day for them to reply back to you.

As for the 5 minutes to take to load profiles, couldn't you probably accept it as heavy server load at the time for the Steam Community?
