changing destination

so my HDD is partitioned and the first one (c) is running dangerously low on space, while the second one (F) is hardly used, I already opened a new library folder on F but I was wondering if there was a way to make sure any new games I get here would go to F automatically, or would Steam automatically install on the partition with more space?

The last couple of games I bought there was an option durring install to use the default or a different folder. Quite a welcome improvement to steam. Not sure if it works on every single game for every single install but I can't see why not.
