Screenshots Get Removed for Errors?

If you've kept enough screen shots for long enough, you've probably noticed that your screenshots get removed at some point and say that the file is corrupt or something. You can't view the file out of steam, and your only option is to delete the thing.

This is really annoying for me who does Garry's Mod and wants all the files in a folder where I easily know where it's kept/accessable from. (Screenshots -> View On Disk).
