Steam Limited Accoutns
i spend over 80 dollars on steam and haven't make a purchase since Friday and it says i cant do anything even though i payed more than 5 dollars. please help.

Try shutting down steam, then restarting it. If you still can't, you may have to contact support and frankly, hope for the best.
