Limited user restrictions.
Hey, guys.
I purchased the "minimum recommended" steam wallet credit in my country but when it is converted to USD, it says I only $4.82 instead of $5. So will purchasing a game worth of $0.35 help in making my account free from limited user restrictions?

Add a wallet code or funds equivalent to $5 USD to your account or spend an equal amount in the store.

Yes, it goes by the total amount you've spent. The $5 doesn't all need to be from a single purchase.

I purchased a $0.35 game from steam store but it didn't lift my restrictions though.

You paid with your wallet, right? Then of course your account will still be limited, because you still just spent $4.82 on Steam.

Edit: Hold on a second. I thought limited accounts would always be displayed as level 0? Yet you're at level 4, but your profile's XML says <isLimitedAccount>1</isLimitedAccount>
