What is up with recent group invites
Would say it's cuz I leleved up my steam profile quite high but don't think so as it happened a little bit after that.. Recently I've been getting group invites (at lest 1-2 a day) with somewhat similar names. "Free 10-20$ for opening cases" etc. Every group seems to have a name like this and even same picture. They usually have 0 ppl in their group.. Is it some kind of bot made for ppl to use their code onto csgo gamble sites? Cuz this process seems automated.

everyone is getting spammed with this bs, dont worry about that thats just scam

Most likely your friends list has been infiltrated by one of those scammers.

If you accepted at least one scamming bot, you'll most likely get spammed friend requests or group invitation from them continuously.

This is why other steam users automatically ignore and block steam users who are steam level 10 and below. I suggest you do the same thing and after that I no longer get followed by them.
