Valve on the other hand... also doesn't care because that's id's job. Possibly Bethesda's as well.
we payed steam. they are getting the money. they are the ones who should take care of this, but they dont. they want to get the money and do nothing for it.
Steam is a platform for developers to sell games. Steam holds 0 responsibility when to comes to ingame issues.
The only thing steam is responsible for is if you got the game you purchased and the vac system on vac protected servers and everything else is for the game devs to deal with as it's not steams responsibility.
there is no QL support. there is no QL admin. they sent you to Bethesda, and there's no one there.
Valve (or if you prefer Steam) is not who you are paying, you are paying the Dev of the game, when Steam takes care of the payment (and takes a cut for that and other servers they offer the Dev) same as if you payed using Paypal, you do not pay paypal but you are paying who ever your paying, Paypal just takes a cut for transferring the cash
So if you want support abut it, after the cash passed and the problem is then by the Game Dev area, you need to turn to the Game Dev abut the issue
I recommend to buy games in your local shop around the corner.
Then you can ask for the manager of that shop, so he can take care of the cheaters in your game that you bought there.
