Recommend Offline Games
I'm living in a rural area where I have zero multiplayer capability. I'm searching for numerous cheap, replayable games either on ♥♥♥ or inside Steam itself.

EDIT: Just purchased Prison Architect, SR3, and Astroneer. I'm satisfied with my desision.

Genre?
I recommend Terraria and N++. Both huge games.
Try the Shadowrun games. Preferably Dragonfall or Hong Kong.

As mentioned, Dwarf Fortress. There are a bunch of other roguelike games you ought to look at too.

Love love love Saint's Row. You made an excellent choice with that one, but for non-MP, I'd have recommended SR2 since the MP is defunct.

SR2 is a serious "gangster" game, though. None of that "punkish rogue" crap after you sell your soul over some ass-tasting energy drink. Nah, in SR2, you are a mean, badass mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥...

Skyrim, Borderlands 2 or Terraria. I also live in a rural area and can't play online. These three games have amazing, and I never get bored of em'!

Skyrim or Fallout 3/New Vegas/4

You gonna spend good amount of hours on those.
