yes its real. it got pulled from the steam store for sale a while ago, but you can still have it on here. most people are selling copies for like $50

I don't thik you can. After you install the app and locate your Ghostbusters game. You'll have the option to view the product code. Simply copy it from there and activate it on Steam. Then uninstall the app.
