Controls
Is there a way to change the keyboard controls? I use the Dvorak Layout, and the speed and brake keys are on opposite sides of the keyboard. The game is virtually unplayable like this.

I don't think there's any sort of way to change what key does what, unfortunately. :c

I paid good money for this!

Then try contacting the people who made it about possibly adding something that would allow one to change the controls? You can find stuff on the NightSky site here: http://www.nicalis.com/nightsky/

If you want to use a non-standard input device, you really have to check if remapping is supported before you buy the game, especially for indie games and console ports by companies with bad track records with ports.

I know lots of people use Dvorak and swear by it, but you're in the tiny minority.

Otherwise, there are programs you can buy that remap your keyboard. Takes a couple minutes to set up for each game, but then you save the preset and just run the macro before playing. GlovePIE is such a program and works good. Also nice for remapping old games without full mouselook to/from their original keyboard commands. (Dark Forces is a prime example)

I don't see how Dvorak is 'non-standard'. It's an ISO standard, how less standard can it get.

Nice try. ISO standard doesn't mean it sees enough real-world usage for programmers to spend time/money implementing it.

Get used to a separate rebinding program or get a qwerty gaming keyboard if you want to play lower-budget indie games and quick&dirty ports by the likes of Capcom and Rockstar.

I stand by my original statement.
