No refund or real support!
I would advise people not to buy either Garshasp monster slayer or Garshasp Temple of the Dragon. I have tried all the stean support suggested and read forums, discussions and even asked for my two dollars and fourty eight put on my steam wallet. Not even wanting money return to my credit card cause steam games usually work fine as I have bought almost One hundred games from them. I guess i wouldn't be so steamed if my ticket wasn't closed everytime I ask for help after recievng an email with technical support that doesn't work.

How can we make Steam verify the games is selling to make sure it's at least playable??

A warranty that the game you purchase WILL play or money refunded, no questions asked.

You can't make them. There corporate and your nobody special to them. just a customer with a demand. They could remove it from you library and refund it in steam wallet for better customer relations bur they make more paper then we do, so that makes them right on this planet.

so what is the problem with the games? i have them both and have no issues. exept for not knowing wich button to press in the cutscenes because i use xbox pad and screen doesnt show pad buttons

They just don't work or i have pop out to screen problem on winowed games. i have no problem with console to pc games,
