Game won't start

My TV says 1080 30p and all i get is black screen. I do ctrl alt del and it looks like it is in 640p. How do I fix this so the game will start. Is there a .cfg file I can configure or something?

btw, my computer is up do date and a powerful one at that (can run AOC on maxed out settings)

How do I get my money back sense this game won't start?
All I get is a black screen and the only way to exit is ctr + alt + del.
Steam also has the worst customer support. No phone support like they are hiding something.

Wow steam is bad, I just got the alt account so i could submit a form for help but steam won't even help, they just send me to a troubleshoot page from sega. I would ask for charge back on my credit card if I didn't by this game a very long time ago and just start using it. I have been cheated but can't blame steam sense it was my fault for not testing it a while ago.

Hi, How are you connecting the computer to the TV ? (HDMI, DVI or VGA ?) more than likely the video settings for the game are out of range for your TV (Possibly).

HDMI 1080p30 (desktop is 1080p60 but changes in game to 1080p30)

Try another HDMI cable, one you know 100% supports 1080p

Apperently there might be somehting wrong with gamestop. I found out a long time ago I bought the game from Gamestop so I will need to take my beef up with them. Good thing sense I can meet them on location.

btw. my hdmi cable is 4k & 3D approved (monster brand) so I know it isn't the problem

Its not your tv, The game has issues with programs running in the background which would keep the game from loading so its best to close off any background program that isnt important

EDIT: go into your task manager and end processes for programs you arent using there should be a list of programs what need to be shut off before you play this game and it will work fine i know it does for me when i close off the vaio processes
