Please be careful with prepaid cards.
They have terriable pre-paid cards. I recently bought one for $25.00. When I scratched it off. Everything came off including my pin. I want to their forums under support and found that the link http://web.incomm.com/contactus.do didn't work. I smell scam. Poorly made prepaid cards + not working link. I did get a working link once I contaced them. Of course they gave me a working link and shoved the problem else where. I'm really glad it was only my first 50 hours of gameplay for me to figure it out. Stay away, FAR AWAY from prepaid cards. I just unistalled the game.

I know that everyone will have a different outcome with their problems. But I wanted to share mine. I had already given the company some of my money. But they do not care unless you're a top name in the game/fleet/guild. That's the only way to get help in these games. I was enjoying the game too. But having someone play your game is a privlage not a right.

Unfortunately ther is no scam except that currant technology for these cards has changed such that it is easier to damage the card number in the scratching. For the future I would recomend using a soft touch and plastic or cardboard edge to scratch with.

You good Sir, made my day! :D.

Why would you uninstall the game? I see no connection between a third party(?) card seller and this game...could be me ofcourse.

The scam is the fact that they kept giving me bad links to report it. Also there is no warning about the cards being poor quality and that you need to use a different method of scratching the card. I used a penny to scratch the card. and I did scratch it very nice back and forth. I scratched it like I would scratch any lotto or Pre-paid card. So, yes it is their fault. How is it my fault that I used a common method to scratch a card that did not have a problem listed. Yes, I do blem them.

I'm sorry that you think it's my fault that the card did not work as intended. Your argument makes no sense. In this country it is the manufacturer that is requided to place problems or warnings on their product. Not mine at all. I scratched the card like I would any scratch off card. I'm sorry that you got butt hurt b/c of your love of this game. I'm on sharing my experience of their scratch off cards. So people are educated about them.

So I utter again. Please do not scratch the cards in the normal matter you would with any scratch of card. Please use care when you do it. The customer service is teririable. I sent them the recipt along with the damage card and still didn't get refunded. Also I understand that it's not their intention. I get that. When I first wrote this of course I was fustrated. So please think before you post. Also, I'm sorry you took it personnal. This is just a game man.

I was at a 7-11 that night and decided since I had the cash on me just to get a card. I got my zen using my debit card on perfectworld.come . The fact that they sent me 2 broken links to fix the problem even recipt with the proof. They threw the problem to a third company problem instead of taking the time and listening to me. I got a can response with the same link that didn't work. When the ticket I wrote to them kindly asked for a link to get the problem to fix.

I was only sharing my problem with these cards to you, the consumer. I'm sorry some of you took it as a direct attack when in fact I'm trying to help my fellow gamer. It's sad that I was attacked about this. Everyone please have a nice day and no I will not play this game anymore after I was robbed and never given a good chance to get my money added to the account or another way to resolve the issue.

I was only trying to help my fellow gamer. Next time instead of flaming or getting agrivated about a post I suggest you say something or nothing at all and go on with your life. I do enjoy seeing people upset. SO thank you for the entertainment. Happy hunting everyone!

Yes I do blame them. They're the company. If they know their cards have a problem they should list the ways to scratch. on the card it says scratch away the aarea. I used a penny. A common way to scratch off a card that are scratch off. Instead of assuming that I scratched the card in a wrong way. Next time ask How I scratched the card. I'm 28 years old. There's warnings on lawn mowers to not stick your hand in the blade. Because that would cause problems. But when they scratch off the scratched area with no warning or suggestion on how to scratch the card. Then yes it is their fault. Completely their fault for making faulty scratch area with no correct directions on how to do it. Please use more common sense and ask questions about what happened. Not only would you look smarter but you would be learning about the situation yourself. Have a nice day bud.

You know all you have to do is go back to the store you got it from....since its 7-11 then no problem......if you cant get to that 7-11 you can go to a different one.

You can make up every excuse inthe world on this as to why you cant or wont do things.....but inthe end....going back to the store....they will see if the card is bad or not.....if it is...boom..you will get a refund or new card.

If push comes to shove....and this means its not going to work out with the 7-11 since i dont know what policies they have.

Then i suggest you try a Krogger Grocery Store or any of the stores they own, which include Fred Meyers and QFC among others. Their policy is the customer is 1st....so they will do anythign to make you happy...which will also mean a refund or new card.

You see they want you going to thier stores and not their competition....

Dont know if this will help you or not.
