HORRIBLE Log in system

Horrible game. Log-in and sign up is awful. I've been trying for days to get into this game with ZERO luck, and NO help from the game makers. Total crap, DO NOT BOTHER!

Dude, Check the minimal system requirements for it, your computer may not meet them or something is causing it to not properly function.

Its a problem with the log-in system, not my computer. I can log into the website just fine, but I can't get past that to make any changes to my account e.g. add subscriptions, etc. I've tried with both Perfect Worlds and Cryptic. My user name works for both sites. But no luck logging into the game, or ARC what ever the heck that is that I probably don't want. I've been getting an Account User Name or Password invalid. So I click the link to reset it and still can't log in. Click the link to setup an account and it sends me to a Perfect Worlds website or Cyptic website and I'm already logged in with the account that I already have.

This can't be worth the frustration of going in circles and having open support tickets with the game host for months now. By "days" earlier I mean I tried to start this game about 3 months ago and I haven't been able to log in - ever -.

Dont get too bothersome on not logging in, its probably the servers not responding because of the many people playing the game.

My desire to play the game is gone. I've got better things to do.

You probably have a problem with someone hacking your account, try resetting the password and it should let you play the game just fine

I did post above that I've reset the password. I just didn't mention that I have reset it several times with the exact same result.

Im sure it works fine for alot of people, I know it works for me every time. Not playin that long but not once has the game done anything strange.
So screaming it must be the log in system might be wrong. Perhaps its something your pc isnt doing right?
