Star Treck Online not launching?

I downloaded it and when i click engage it just closes. No error, it just disapears.

Seems to be a lot of that, as I read a similar post from 6 Aug 13, and experience it myself.
Anybody post a resolution or when your isht starts to work properly....

Just got this from arc/pwe::: Try this if you don’t have desktop shortcuts: Open task manager (ctrl + shift + esc) in applications, then right click over Neverwinter or STO and select maximize.

Oh, forgot to post on this. I fixed it by just checking the permissions and granting myself everything possible.
