Is the Mirror Ha'feh Assualt Warbird better than its Prime universe Twin?

usually not in specific terms. the mirror ships are typically of equal footing but the layout of officer slots are altered, sometimes minor tweaks to ship stats.

I prefer the mirror Ha'feh, because of the additional science ability I get to use. As Romulan, I personally need polarize hull. I used the sci ensign for that. Unless you are using attack pattern omega in your build, you are stuck in tractor beams otherwise. In a rather fragile ship like the Ha'feh, that usually gets you killed.
